Kymberleigh G. Dougherty is a Board Certified Family Law Specialist and has practiced family law exclusively for the duration of her legal career. She received her legal education from the University of New Mexico School of Law and graduated cum laude from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
Kymberleigh is an equally skilled litigator and negotiator. She works hand in hand with her clients to assist them in reaching resolution of their most difficult family law issues.
Kymberleigh was selected by her colleagues to sit on the Board of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of New Mexico. She likewise sits on the New Mexico State Bar Disciplinary Board.
Kymberleigh is accredited by the Veteran’s Administration and regularly volunteers her time to provide advice to present and former service members. She also frequently serves as a settlement facilitator for the Court’s Pro Se Settlement Facilitation Program.
Ms. Dougherty continues to advance her skills by attending numerous continuing legal education courses and is currently working toward obtaining a degree in accounting. Kymberleigh’s practice includes divorce, parentage, child support and adoption.
